Event Support (IT & AV)

for Staff

The Event Support service provides IT & AV consultation and support to assist departments in organising events on campus. Whether it is a meeting, conference or a workshop, the service can (i) provide recommendations on setting up the events; (ii) provide IT & AV equipment; (iii) help users to set up the equipment; and (iv) provide standby manpower to assist users during the events.

Departments may submit an online CSC Work Request. Requests are granted according to manpower and equipment availability.  Overtime chargesmay apply for support outside of office hours.
