e-Signature Service

for Staff

e-Signature software offers an alternative to wet ink signed paper documents, allowing users to use electronic signatures in place of handwritten signatures for increased efficiency and productivity.  The Computing Services Centre (CSC) has acquired an e-signature and workflow tool for use by departments as an opt-in, paid service that can efficiently route, track and sign documents.  This new service offering allows documents to be routed efficiently and securely for signatures without requiring recipients to have a printer or scanner available, thus speeding up the electronic signature process.  

Support & Contact

To subscribe to the e-signature service, departments can submit an online CSC Work Request .  Cost is calculated based on usage.  Subscribed departments will receive the usage report annually and will be charged accordingly.
