Desktop Management

for Staff

To provide a unified working environment for faculty and staff, all desktops on the University network are managed centrally.  Certain management policies and applications are applied/installed on users' computers upon joining the CityU network.  Desktops are secured by domain policies, with endpoint management tool and anti-virus software installed, to provide protection.  A Work Desk Menu is also in place to allow users to select applications to install.
