Shared Network Drive

This service provides a shared network drive for a group of staff with permission control to store department’s office document files.  Each network shared drive has a storage quota.  Backup is scheduled on a daily basis and the backup retention period is 30 days.  As the shared network drives are provided by the central network-attached storage (NAS) in the CityUHK network, the access speed is faster as compared to cloud storage such as SharePoint or OneDrive.
