Mobile Device Management

for Staff

The Mobile Device Management service provides fundamental knowledge and requirements for apps development. It maintains the central “CityU” brand account in Apple App Store and Google Play and is responsible for app testing prior to submission to the corresponding app stores under the CityU brand name. It also liaises with third party apps developer on behalf of departments. Basic support for using various mobile devices, FAQs and user guides are also provided.
