Note:
- Wi-Fi Update: If you have connected to the "CityU WLAN" Wi-Fi network using your CityUHK account, please remember to update the new password in the Wi-Fi profile after changing or resetting it.
- Domain Computers Password Change: For those logged into computers connected to the CityUHK Active Directory (cityumd), you have the option to change your password using the "change password" function available on the computer.
In-person
Staff and Students may visit the IT Service Desk in person with their staff/student identity cards. For Alumni, please contact the Alumni Relation Office instead.
