(Note for Domain Computers: If you have logged on to computers that are connected to CityU Active Directory (cityumd), you have the option to change your password using the "change password" function available on the computer)


Staff and Students may visit the IT Service Desk in person with their staff/student identity cards. For Alumni, please contact the Alumni Relation Office instead.
