Note:

  1. Wi-Fi Update: If you have connected to the "CityU WLAN" Wi-Fi network using your CityUHK account, please remember to update the new password in the Wi-Fi profile after changing or resetting it.
  2. Domain Computers Password Change: For those logged into computers connected to the CityUHK Active Directory (cityumd), you have the option to change your password using the "change password" function available on the computer.

Staff and Students may visit the IT Service Desk in person with their staff/student identity cards. For Alumni, please contact the Alumni Relation Office instead.
