Computer Set Up and Configurations

for Staff

The service assists departments to set up and configure their new office’s IT equipment such as computers, IP phones and printers for access to the network. It may involve the change of IP addresses, modifying the VLAN of network outlets and firewall rules of the central print queue, connecting local printers and various cables to computers, and troubleshooting all computer and network related problems during the setup process.
