Cloud Storage
for Staff, Students
OneDrive for Business provides free storage space for staff and students. With proper configurations, files could be synchronized from your device (usually a PC) to the cloud. As such, it will be a very handy tool for staff and students to share files across all the devices that they use, such as PC, mobile phones, and tablets.
In addition, files in your OneDrive for Business folder could be shared with users inside and outside the University. The person, who was given proper permissions, could also collaboratively edit the documents with you. Furthermore, OneDrive for Business automatically creates a new version of the file every time it is edited and saved as a backup. Users can therefore restore a previous version as they see fit.
