Microsoft Copilot for Enterprise
Microsoft Copilot for Enterprise (Copilot), included in the Microsoft 365 (M365) license at no extra charge, provides functionalities like Open AI's ChatGPT without a monthly message cap. It enables users to upload images or documents for analysis and can create images upon request.
To begin, users should log in to the Copilot website with their M365 account (eid@um.cityu.edu.hk for staff, and eid-c@my.cityu.edu.hk for students). Microsoft ensures the privacy of conversations with Copilot through Customer Data Protection, not retaining or using data for AI training.
The paid version, Microsoft Copilot for M365, offers enhanced features, including collaboration with Microsoft Office applications and more personalised content generation. Interested parties can follow the procurement process detailed on the M365 apps page.
