全港首次舉辦的「全球化時代下『人』的新觀念」國際會議於11月18日在城大揭開帷幕。會議為期四天，由城大中文、翻譯及語言學系主辦。
城大中文、翻譯及語言學系五名語文學榮譽文學士（韓語專修）學生獲韓國企業三星電子香港有限公司頒發奬學金，表揚他們的傑出學術成績。
