Installation of President cum Honorary Awards Ceremony

The installation ceremony of City University of Hong Kong (CityU) President Professor Way Kuo and the conferment of honorary degrees will be held on 11 November. Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yum-kuen, as Chancellor of CityU, will preside over the installation ceremony and confer honorary doctorates on the following three prominent individuals:

The Hon Mr Justice Patrick Chan, Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal – Honorary Doctor of Laws

Dr Chow Yei-ching, Chairman and Managing Director of the Chevalier Group of Companies – Honorary Doctor of Social Science

Mr Sze Chi-ching, Chairman of Hang Tung Resources Holding Limited – Honorary Doctor of Social Science

Dr Norman Leung Nai-pang, Pro-Chancellor of CityU, and Mr Leung Chun-ying, Council Chairman of CityU, will attend the ceremonies.
