City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) on 21 August 2023 to establish further collaboration on fostering closer ties between the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems in Hong Kong and Malaysia, and co-nurturing start-ups to shine on the global stage.
CityUHK and Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Republic of Kazakhstan forge strategic cooperation with newly signed MOU
CityUHK was honoured to host a delegation from Kazakhstan led by Mr Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education, and Mr Almas Seitakynov, Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong and Macao, on 17 August 2023. The President of City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), Professor Freddy Boey Yin Chiang, led a delegation from CityUHK to meet with Mr Lu Zhiyuan, Deputy Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC), on 2 August.
MoU for promoting joint research in materials technology and climate sustainability signed by CityUHK and NUS
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) and the National University of Singapore (NUS), marking a new milestone in the cooperation between CityUHK and NUS in promoting joint research and development activities in the areas of materials technology and climate sustainability.
