第六屆「香港潛水機械人挑戰賽」於城大舉行，香港和澳門15所中學派出近百名高中學生參賽，勝出隊伍將於6月前往美國參加國際挑戰賽。
城大學生運用所學的資訊科技及工程學知識，發揮科學頭腦及創造力，設計及製作了多個機械人，問鼎《全港大專生機械人大賽》盟主寶座。
城大專上學院社會科學學部於4月22日至23日展出康樂及旅遊管理副社會科學學士31件畢業班同學的作品，盡顯同學推廣康樂及旅遊業所發揮的無限創意和熱誠。
Twenty-three Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE) students have formed two teams to enter the Robocon Hong Kong Contest -- Lovers' Reunion on 20 June. The winning team in the Hong Kong contest will represent Hong Kong at the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest 2004 (ABU Robocon) in Seoul, Korea, in September.
“The rapid development of technology induces significant changes in the design, construction and facilities of modern buildings and our living environment,” said Mrs Julie Mo, Head of the Division of Building Science and Technology (BST), who opened the Built Expo, 2-3 April 2004.
