城大於10月4日舉行「運動是良藥 - 邁向EIM-OC金校園」活動啟動禮，顯示校方對邁向「健康大學」的支持。
城大建築科技學部於9月7至9日舉行「考察團展覽2006」，透過相片、模型、掃描及短片，展示學生於6月前往歐洲及日本的學習體驗。
