Over 50 students, alumni, staff and Council members of the University enjoyed a sharing cum dinner gathering on 3 August organized by the Community Relations Committee under the University Council to enhance communication within the University community.

A group of alumni, staff and students have formed the 'Citywalker' team to celebrate the University’s 20th Anniversary. They pledge to raise HK$200,000 for the Oxfam TrailWalker event taking place in November, 2004.
