管理議會紓解財困政策核心小組提出的新薪酬建議，是否真能解決城大的財政問題？同事覺得新的加薪機制是否可以接受？大學是否需要設立一套客觀清晰的準則，以評核員工的工作表現？逾百位同事參加了人力資源處於4月14日舉行的公開論壇，提出上述問題。
