Warm welcome for new DBA intake

The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme jointly offered by City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and the School of Management at Fudan University (FudanU) welcomed its fourth batch of students at an opening ceremony cum welcome dinner on 22 February at CityU.
 
The DBA programme is designed for senior executives who are eager to engage in rigorous business research that has a practical and societal impact. It is one of the most prestigious DBA programmes in the Asia-Pacific region.
 
Professor Way Kuo, University President, Professor Lu Xiongwen, Dean of the School of Management at FudanU, and Professor Yan Houmin, Dean of the College of Business at CityU, delivered welcome remarks at the dinner.
 
Other guests included Professor Lv Changjiang, Associate Dean and DBA programme leader at the School of Management, FudanU, and representatives from CityU: Professor Roderick Wong Sue-cheun, Vice-President (Development and External Relations), Professor Lu Jian, Vice-President (Research and Technology), Professor Paul Lam Kwan-sing, Chief-of-Staff, Dr Hao Gang, Associate Vice-President (Development), Professor Dou Wenyu, Associate Dean of the College of Business, and Professor Wei Kwok-kee, Director of CityU’s DBA (international) programme.
