President pulls together with new students

Professor Way Kuo, University President, visited the Orientation Camp organised by the Students’ Union at Po Leung Kuk Pak Tam Chung Holiday Camp in Sai Kung. Professor Kuo welcomed the new students to CityU and took part in lively dances and worked as a referee for the tug-of-war battle that involved nearly 350 new students.

Held from 13 to 15 August, the theme of this year’s Orientation Camp was ‘Passing Down the Love’. The theme conveyed the message that each generation of students would care for and assist the next.
