City Television (CTV) is an online broadcaster run by students of the Department of Media and Communication of the City University of Hong Kong and models after the operation of local television stations. CTV reports hard news and feature news of the community while upholding professional ethics. Students can put what they have learnt into use and develop a foundation for their future career through participating in CTV activities. Most members of the Editorial Committee responsible for the daily operation of CTV have internship experience in standard news organizations and are enthusiastic about news production. We hope to learn and make improvements together with our members through the operation of CTV.
城市電視，是一個由媒體與傳播學系學生營運，參考本地電視台運作模式的網絡媒體。本台秉持新聞工作所需的專業準則及道德守則，拍攝消息類及專題類的新聞節目。同學可藉參與城市電視的節目製作，實踐課堂所學，並為有志從事新聞行業的同學建立良好的基礎。負責城市電視日常運作的學生編輯委員，大多曾於正式新聞工作機構實習，並對新聞製作充滿熱誠。我們期望能與成員透過城市電視的新聞製作，在新聞領域中一同學習和進步。
