Department Visit by The Affiliated High School of South China Normal University

On 17 July 2026, 30 students and teachers from The Affiliated High School of South China Normal University have visited the Department of Media and Communication (COM) at City University of Hong Kong.





During the visit, COM provided students with the opportunity to experience the daily responsibilities of a TV news anchor. Some students even dressed formally to role-play as news reporters in front of the camera. Additionally, they toured professional facilities such as the 3-D Virtual TV Studio, Advertising Design and Shooting Studio, and Digital Broadcasting Recording Room.



COM will continue hosting these types of visits to enhance social outreach.
