The Department of Media and Communication (COM) at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) is delighted to welcome Distinguished Visiting Professor Jeff Niederdeppe arrived in Hong Kong, who also serves as the Senior Associate Dean of Faculty Development at the Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy, Cornell University,
