See the Preparation Behind the Scenes
Early in the morning, the Media Department exhibition area at the main venue in Academic Building (AC1) was fully prepared. Elegantly designed display panels systematically presented the features and advantages of the two major programs: the Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication (BAMDCM) and the Bachelor of Arts in Digital Television and Broadcasting (BATVB). The faculty team, full of energy, welcomed every inquiring student and parent with professional attitude and enthusiastic service.

Despite the impact of the No. 3 typhoon signal, the event atmosphere remained warm. In addition to independent students and parents, many schools participated with groups of students led by their teachers, fully reflecting the high level of attention from all sectors of society towards media education.

Insights into Disciplinary Frontiers and Future Trends
As a key segment of the Information Day, two special program lectures were held in Lecture Theatre LT-9 of the Academic Building. The first lecture was jointly delivered by the Programme Leader of Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication, Prof. Guanxiong HUANG, and the Deputy Programme Leader of Bachelor of Arts in Digital Television and Broadcasting, Miss Katrina YU. Professor Huang addressed AI's role in digital-era media education, demonstrating how the curriculum integrates theory and practice to develop professional competencies in emerging fields. Ms. Katrina Yu illustrated current trends and talent needs in digital television and broadcasting through concrete industry cases.

The second lecture in the afternoon also received enthusiastic responses. The Programme Leader of Bachelor of Arts in Digital Television and Broadcasting, Prof. Ki Joon KIM, shared the program's international academic perspective and the integration of industry-academia-research via online connection. The Deputy Programme Leader of Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication, Mr. Sing Lai Sunny CHAN, provided a detailed introduction from an employment-oriented perspective, explaining how the program effectively empowers students' career development in advertising, public relations, new media, and other fields through project-based teaching and industry internships.
