Sungkyunkwan University International Summer Semester 2025

From June 27 to July 25, 2025, five undergraduate students from the Department of Media and Communication (COM) at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) attended the Sungkyunkwan University International Summer Semester in South Korea. This transformative experience not only enhanced their academic abilities but also broadened their social connections.

During the 28-day program, our COM students enrolled in the "Digital Strategies in Media and Communication" course, which combined theoretical insights with practical application. As part of their final group project, they collaborated to produce a short promotional video. This project not only deepened their understanding of emerging trends in digital marketing but also honed their persuasive storytelling skills.







Beyond academics, students immersed themselves in Korean culture through various activities organized by SKKU. From wearing traditional Korean hanbok to exploring historical landmarks and popular tourist spots, they experienced a unique cultural exchange while forming lasting friendships.
