Turkish Consulate General in Hong Kong visits CityU

Mr. Kerim Sercan Evcin, the Consul General of Turkey for Hong Kong and Macau, along with the Vice Consul General, recently embarked on a momentous courtesy call to the City University of Hong Kong. They were warmly welcomed by the university's President, Freddy Boey. The purpose of Mr. Evcin's visit was to explore opportunities for collaboration between Turkey and the university and to gain insights into the campus environment.

Visit to University of Cambridge, UK and KU Leuven, Belgium

Prof. Steven Wang, the Associate Vice-President (Resources Planning) of City University of Hong Kong, along with CityU representatives, embarked on a visit to meet Prof. Teng Long, the Director of Studies in Engineering in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, UK. Following the visit to Cambridge, they continued their journey to KU Leuven in Belgium, where they met Prof. Gerard Govers, Vice Rector for Science in the Engineering Technology Group. The purpose of these two visits was to strengthen academic collaboration, focusing on student and faculty exchange programs between CityU and these two institutions.

Visit to CityU from Columbia University in the City of New York, USA

The Associate Dean for International Programs and Special Projects, Jessica Sarles-Dinsick, and her team from Columbia University in the City of New York, USA, visited City University of Hong Kong to meet with Prof. Wen-Jung Li, Vice-President (Talent and International Strategy) of CityU. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and implement the Joint Bachelor's Degree Program between the two institutions.
