CityUHK Grammarly FAQ
I have registered for Grammarly via Service Portal but I cannot use the Premium service.
To ensure you have joined the CityUHK Grammarly Premium service,
- Log in to CityUHK My Apps Dashboard
- Click on the Grammarly icon,
then land on the Grammarly home page
If no Grammarly icon is shown on the My Apps page, please register for the CityUHK Grammarly account via the Service Portal again.
For technical problems with account registration, please contact the IT Service Desk.
