Continuing Education Fund (CEF) - Application and Reimbursement
(1) CEF Application (For Non-UGC funded students only)

Please read carefully the guidelines, eligibility criteria and regulations under the CEF website www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/cef/ or call the 24-hour hotline 3142-2277 for more information.

Submit a consent form on disclosure of Personal Data (Consent and Acknowledgement for CEF Course Participant upon Enrolment) to General Office by email before the commencement of the CEF reimbursement course.

Applicants who apply for CEF are only required to complete the Application Form [SFO 313] and submit the supporting documents.

Applicants are advised to check the status and balance of their Continuing Education Fund (CEF) accounts before enrolling in a CEF reimbursable course.

Applicants must not have obtained any other public funds or assistance under any other publicly-funded financial assistance schemes for the same course.

The completed and certified application form and other required documents of CEF should be returned to the CEF Office before the commencement of the course(s). LATE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
(2) CEF Reimbursement (For Non-UGC funded students only)

Please read carefully the reimbursement procedures under the CEF website www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/cef/ or call the 24-hour hotline 3142-2277 for more information.

If you have successfully completed the CEF reimbursable course(s) and plan to claim your reimbursement from CEF, you need a certification letter of "Proof of Completion of Course" from BME.
COMPLETION CRITERIA:
A minimum attendance rate of 70% (Students should sign on the attendance record for every lesson attended); and
Overall passing mark is 50% (subject to OCEF/LWB’s approval)
To obtain certification, please bring your completed Reimbursement Claim Form (SFO 313) and the receipt of tuition fee payment in person to the BME General Office during office hours. LATE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

Date of submission for courses taken in Semester B, 2025/26: 15 June 2026 – 31 July 2026
