The Department of English and Communication will launch its second New Media Workshop and Competition on 19 March. High-school students will have the chance to showcase their talents in new media communication by participating in the competition.

A "New Media Communication Workshop and Competition" organized by the Department of English and Communication (EN) will be held 25 October, (Saturday). An exhibition by acclaimed Spanish contemporary artist, Josep Vernis, will be held 9 to 19 October at the CityU Art Gallery. CityU participants in RTH's Third Multimedia and Creativity Gallery¡XAsian Inter-University Multimedia Design Competition impressed the judging panel with these themes.
