Staff members, students and alumni from CityU and its friends and partners converged at the InterContinental Hong Kong on 29 April to bid farewell to Professor H K Chang, the outgoing President.

Despite pleas from the higher education sector, the Government will continue to reduce spending on universities. Two periods require attention: 2004-05 and 2005-08.
