Professor Samuel HO, Associate Dean (Faculty and Research) of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, and Professor of Psychology of the Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences, advises people to maintain the usual hobby to get through hard time such as the recent Coronavirus epidemic outbreak, during the interview with Hong Kong Economic Journal. He also points out the importance of developing one’s “self-efficacy”, as well as having positive communications, in overcoming barriers during and after traumatic incidents.
