Double congratulations are due to Dr Kenji Yum. Not only will he graduate from CityU this week with a PhD in Electronic Engineering, he has also been awarded the Certificate of Excellence in the 2005 Hong Kong Young Scientist Awards.

The winning team in the Hong Kong contest will represent Hong Kong at the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest 2004 (ABU Robocon) in Seoul, Korea, in September.
