The Provost introduced CityU’s Discovery-enriched Curriculum at the Business and Professionals Federation (BPF) of Hong Kong Tipping Point Conference on Innovation on 6 September.
Three top scholars from CityU were conferred 2013 CityU Research Excellence Awards for their contributions to the local and international scholarly arenas.
Dr Alice Chong Ming-lin, Associate Professor from the Department of Applied Social Studies at CityU, was presented with the Award for Teaching Excellence by UGC.
CityU will confer honorary doctoral degrees on Dr Yukio Hatoyama, Mr Koo Ming-kown and Professor Myron S. Scholes.
