How to transfer email from my JSMS (@cityu.edu.hk) account to my M365 mailbox using M365 OWA?
You can use the Connected Accounts function provided by Microsoft 365 (M365) Outlook Web App (OWA) to connect to your JSMS {@cityu.edu.hk) account from your M365 account, then transfer (download) all your email from your JSMS account to your M365 mailbox.

Below is the procedure for setting up your JSMS account under Connected Accounts in your M365 account with Outlook Web App (OWA):
- Login your M365 account with Microsoft 365 OWA.
- Click Gear icon at the top-right corner of OWA window.
- Select Options
- At "account", click "connected accounts", then click "+" icon.
- In the E-mail address: field, enter your @cityu.edu.hk account's email address (e.g. cctom@cityu.edu.hk).
- Move your mouse cursor on Password: field (wait 10 seconds before you enter your JSMS account's password).
- Click next.
- M365 OWA will start searching and auto-connecting to your @cityu.edu.hk account. Wait until the task is completed.
- After your @cityu.edu.hk account is connected. Click Finish.
- Your @cityu.edu.hk account will appear in the "connected accounts" list.
Note: You should stop connecting your old account after confirming that all your old mail have been transferred to your M365 mailbox. To stop the function, just click Trash icon to delete the old account from "connected accounts" list.
