Duties:
Mobile Data Stream
• Assist in Core Network (Mobile Data) network design, planning & optimization.
• Analyze network problems, explore potential improvement & optimization, aiming to improve customer experience.
• Develop AI-based analytic tools for traffic analysis and forecasting, log correlation for early issues detection.
Mobile Voice Stream
• Focus on mobile voice service monitoring and quality assurance, aiming to improve customer experience.
• Support voice quality measurement tools development by AI/ automation technology.
• Use AI-based analysis to identify recurring patterns and allow early detection of network issues.
