SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

Swire Properties Limited is now offering four streams - Building Surveying, Surveying, Engineering and Environmental and Sustainable Development under our Summer Internship Programme for penultimate-year students who would like to gain valuable experience in property management, to join.

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS

The 8-week Internship Programme will provide opportunities for Interns to gain hands-on experience in Hong Kong which provides a dynamic and inclusive work culture that fuels personal and professional growth. As part of our team, you'll build meaningful connections, tackle exciting challenges, and contribute to a pioneering vision that’s shaping the future of urban development and creating vibrant, sustainable communities.

REQUIREMENTS

Penultimate year students from Bachelor of Building Surveying/ Surveying/ Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, Environmental Management & Technology, Sustainability oror relevant disciplines

Demonstrated career interest in property development and management

Good academic records; active extra-curricular activities, mature and be a good lateral thinker

Good communication skills (spoken & written) in both English and Chinese
