The ASMPT internship program provides hands-on experience beyond the classroom with one of the leading semiconductor companies in the world. You will assist our R&D professionals on various innovative technology projects. Additionally, you will have the chance to broaden your horizons by visiting our Innovation Centre and/or manufacturing plant and by designing your own innovative project. We are committed to supporting your development through training courses and assistance in completing your internship project. Our supervisors will be available to guide and support you throughout the process.
