Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onsite quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the projects assigned
- Assist in preparing of the bills of quantities for works
- Assist in preparing and handing in main contract payment applications
- Assist in preparing assessments of subcontractor contract payments and quotations
- Other responsibilities as directed by seniors of the Contracts Department

Job Requirement:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
