Overview:
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by contributing to impactful projects and initiatives such as:
• Deploy AI tools to improve the capability of (1) traffic analysis, (2) alarm monitoring, (3) daily operation efficiency.
• Develop robot to perform end-to-end service health check.
• Develop an inventory system to generate reports for various purposes, such as supporting ISO27001 audits, security vulnerability checks, and operational system level checks.

Duties:
• Monitor mobile VAS (Value-Added-Service) healthiness, conduct regular service testing and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and implement security patch updates on all server nodes.
• Assist project managers in different stages of the project lifecycle, such as project design, requirements integration, defining technical specifications, and implementation.
• Assist the project team in completing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process before new service rollout.
