Duties:
AI Stream
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions, focusing on practical, commercially viable use cases.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and other engineers to define requirements, design model architectures, and integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows.
• Utilize and fine-tune pre-trained models, as well as other relevant foundation models, for specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models.
• Implement best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization in a production environment.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and related technologies.

Data Engineering Stream
• Build, test and deploy data engineering solutions to enable data-driven business initiatives, including data pipeline development, feature engineering, data application development and AI enablement.
• Deliver data management tasks to support daily operations.
• Enhance data models, data pipelines and infrastructure for higher efficiency and scalability.
• Provide timely and effective production support and system maintenance to the enterprise data platform, which includes but not limited to infrastructural components and data pipelines, data applications and AI enablement.
