Program Features
The Graduate Engineer Trainee Program is a comprehensive and fast-track program which aims to recruit the future talents majoring in Engineering, Energy and/ or Environmental Management to develop them into professions and leaders to take up critical positions within the organization as well as the society.
During the 2-years program, the Graduate Trainees will receive substantial trainings and job rotation to acquire job-related skills and knowledge, include:

Your Exposure
The Graduate Trainees will participate in several projects across core business units, having the opportunity to experience in the up-to-date 33/11kV/380V Power Distribution Systems, industrial Internet of Things (iIoT) application, modern electrical products technology, reliable automation applications , solutions and provide the reliable structure and data bases for digitalization. He/ She has to opportunity to explore the latest technology development in Energy Internet and support the execution of iIoT digitalization trial projects , develop the commercial skills and develop reliable automation applications .
Our experienced mentor will provide structured guidance and support along the program to facilitate the development for the Trainees.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, Energy/ Environmental Management
Great team players with strong leadership potential

Passionate, and think out-of-the-box, a desire to influence and drive change of industry
Proclivity for creativity with strong passion
Embrace new technology and digital environment
Good communication skill and high initiative to take up challenges
Good in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
