Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited has actively participated in many development projects in Hong Kong since the 1980s. Those projects include the redevelopment of public housing estates, the Private Sector Participation Scheme for the Hong Kong Housing Authority, construction of school buildings for primary, secondary and tertiary institutes, and a range of commercial, industrial, residential and shopping arcade projects for the private sector.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and liaise with the sub-contractors and the clients
• Follow up programs and projects with sub-contractors, consultants and government departments
• Responsible for preparing method statement, engineering proposal, simple structural calculation and performing materials submission, site inspection, site supervision, etc.
• Supervise the site progress and site works
• Record and report the site activities

Requirements
• Degree holder in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• Good knowledge of computer applications in MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Eager to learn and hardworking
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
