Job Responsibilities
- We light up your HKBN Journey:
- Perform system/networking infrastructure operations, such as change, upgrade and maintenance
- Perform health checks and monitor system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems
- Identify network, system needs and evaluates hardware and software requirements and capabilities
- Establish and maintaining documentation reports, manuals, operation procedures
- Work in team in testing, researching, learning, and applying specific new technologies and products
- Shift duty is required with allowance provided, to ensure round the clock service availability
