Take part in variety of telecom engineering projects such as 5G / AI / Cloud / Network / Digital Power as well as innovative projects such as IT, Internet, digital operation platforms etc;
Determine the structure of the project team and the duties of members according to quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system requirements and regularly perform assessments, evaluations, rewards and punishments;
Allocate and Manage products such as manpower, materials, machinery and equipment, capital, technology, and information for projects, and actively promote and apply new technologies to improve quality;
In charge of the implementation of the construction project such as acquire, allocate and dispatch the resources outside and inside to lead the delivery project success with high quality;
Identify, eliminate and reduce project risks beforehand;
Establish and maintain cost control system.
