CityU’s School of Law held an international conference on “Exclusions from Constitutional Law”, together with the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna and the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau on 28 and 29 October, and launched a new law journal.
Dr Leung Chun-ying, Council Chairman of CityU, was conferred the degree of Doctor of Social Sciences of Lingnan University in recognition of his contribution to education, business and the community.
The School of Law announced the launch of a competition, in conjunction with the School of Law of Columbia University and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, to train law students in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
