Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise sub-contractors on site for execution of building services installation
- Coordination and production of CSD, CBWD, CRCP
- Coordination and monitor site activities, including progress, installation workmanship, T&C
- Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments and client’s resident site staffs
- HKIE Scheme “A” training will be provided

Job Requirement:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering
- Graduate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
- Good Knowledge of AutoCAD drafting
