The College of Science gave away more than 7,000 bottles of alcohol-based sanitizers to 60 secondary schools in Sham Shui Po and Kowloon City, aiming to contribute to anti-virus measures in the neighbourhood.

As soon as the final examination was over, students in the Chemistry Department were busy producing sanitizers at the university’s laboratory, under the supervision of our faculty members. This was an effort to utilize our resources and knowledge to work with the community on fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic.
