Overview:
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by contributing to impactful projects and initiatives that leverage AI or other advanced technologies to enhance network performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Duties:
Radio Planning & Optimization Stream
• Assist in planning radio base stations, using geographical data, user traffic patterns and nearby coverage to determine the most effective location.
• Monitor the performance of radio networks, based on radio cell counter statistics and customers’ event logs.
• Support optimization of radio networks by antenna configuration change and capacity expansion.
• Develop AI tools to enhance efficiency of the above works.

Radio Technology Stream
• Assist in mobile devices capabilities evaluation and network interoperability assurance.
• Develop mobile applications for innovative 5G use cases evaluation.
• Use the Gen AI for network configuration diagram recognition and generation.

Indoor Radio Planning Stream
• Support indoor mobile systems design and its implementation.
• Analyze and provide solutions for Network Problems.
• Support the complaint handling for mass and corporate account.
