Overview:
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by contributing to impactful projects and initiatives that leverage AI or other advanced technologies to enhance network performance, service quality, and operational efficiency, such as:
• Develop model for user experience of mobile applications by user plane data.
• Use AI-based analysis to identify recurring patterns and allow early detection of network issues.
• Digitization of customer complaint data: location/type/trend, planned outage start/end time (NOC).
Duties:
• Support the development of automation tools and AI for workflow enhancement.
• Support big data visualization.
• Use of machine learning/programming language to manage database clusters to suit users’ need.
