Work You'll do:

• Assist on producing a high-quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team
• Assist on Business transformation disruption and value driven services
• As Functional intern, support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements in advanced analytics and AI initiatives
• As Technical intern, support the development of technology components and solutions in advanced analytics and AI initiatives
• Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements
• Develop understanding of requirements and assist on designing artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation
• Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery
• Assist on helping to ensure the quality and acceptance of outputs through client validation and rigorous and proactive testing

Job Requirements
• Prefers major in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering and other related majors
• Basic knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and agile and traditional project management approaches
• Basic knowledge or experience with data analysis with Python, R, SQL, SAS, or other languages / frameworks
• Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; always takes the initiative, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to travel
• A fast learner and a strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident
• Cantonese speaking is preferable, fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English; proficiency in any other international language is a bonus
