Job Description

The 2-year training program is designed to develop solid foundation and provide valuable exposure for individuals towards the profession in container terminal operations management. This extensive program consists of intensive familiarization for in-depth business understanding, classroom & practical training on technical and soft skills, and a comprehensive job rotation plan covering all functions of terminal operations, practical corporate projects and mentoring.

We are inviting high calibre students to join our program who are:
• University graduate of any disciplines (major in logistics, supply chain, operational research, industrial engineering is highly preferred)
• Passionate with strong desire to develop professional career in logistics industry
• Collaborative team player with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Dedicated and self-motivated to drive success
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
