Job Responsibilities:
Site Management
- Monitoring sub-contractor by established drawing and program schedule
- Supervise and/or carry out inspection with resident consultant and sub-contractor. Arrange structural material testing, conduct and submit relevant reports
Contract Management
- Organize information for draft Request For Information (RFI), Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (CVI) and structural work record for claim
Design and Submission
- Prepare submission drawings, structural calculation report and technical method statement.
- Use of structural software
Quality& Safety
- Refer to complied site overall quality assurance and safety plan, coordinate with Compliance
Department to inspect, quality control and self-inspect
- Maintain and update the site structural work quality record, prepare internal and external audit properly, ensure none or least unconformable situation
Customer Relation Management
- Liaise with Architect/Client/Consultant and sub-contractors for technical matters
- Make close communication with statutory department, client, sub-contractor and suppliers
Tendering
- Refer to the tender document, propose the structural emphasis and technical requirement
HKIE Scheme “A” training will be provided
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
